We are currently recruiting for an upcoming opportunity
in Ottawa for a Senior Engineer with Cisco ICM (Cisco Intelligent
Contact Manager) Enterprise Edition experience.
To qualify you will need at a minimum:
- Past experience in the commissioning and configuration
of ICM
- Recent experience with modern call center technology
including an indepth understanding of ACDs, IVRs, and
PBXs
- Ability to customize and write new scripts
