CNG is in need of a onsite senior level data engineer for a 3-6 month contract assignment starting immediately located in Rockville, MD. Below are the requirements.

Project Description

The engineer would be assisting in the deployment of two new IP Contact Center solutions based on Cisco technology. The client needs help rolling out two new sites on the West Coast using new router/switches/phones. Sites will be small and obtain call setup via private links to already deployed Call Managers (subscribers and publisher). The major engineering challenges would be designing SRST at these sites and configure current PRIs into 3740 routers. There is also a requirement to know how to support Unity integrated into Exchange. This project is scheduled to start deployment of equipment next week and is expected to last 3-6 months.

Skill Sets needed

• Cisco networking at all levels: routing3600s/3700s, switching 6500s, QoS, VoIP
• Need to know Call Manager configurations, support a multiple clustered environment with 3 Unity servers, combo of VG200 gateways with FXS ports for analog along with 6624 and 6608 blades to support analog and PRI configurations.
• Should know H.323 gateways and gatekeeper software.
• Should know how to set VLANs for priority queuing and understand the power setups for phones on both 6506 and 3550 switches.
• Understand how to implement different Codec.
• Would like Cisco IPCC skill set to help deploy two remote IP Contact Centers
