We are currently recruiting for a seasoned DMS technician for our client in Vancouver. The work involves the installation and commissioning of DMS technology. This is a 2 to 3 month contract position.

To qualify you will need at a minimum:

• Past Nortel experience performing upgrades to DMS technology
• Thorough understanding and experience performing installations and commissioning of DMS technology.

Desired skillsets would be:

• Excellent Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Communication - written and oral, Report writing, Customer relations
• Thorough understanding of IP, TCP, UDP, RTP (Real Time Protocol)
• Experience working with Succession 3.0 and DMS
• Knowledge of VoIP Call Server and related Technologies, as well as CCS7 Voice signaling concepts.
