CNG’s nationwide client is in need of a certified Nortel Option 81 engineer/technician to handle their continued growth. We expect the need to last at least until May 2005 with the potential to be extended. The work lication is Plano/Fort Worth Texas.

At a minimum you will need the following skills,

All Nortel Certifications or experience

• Certification on the Option 81 in I&M and system administration
• Certification on the System Administration on the Call Pilot
• Experience or certification with the Symposium, de-acquiring and re-acquiring sets.
• Extensive experience with ACD programming
• Experience with the M3900 series sets
• Must have good to excellent pc and writing skills
• Must have good administration (paperwork) and organizational skills
• Must have great people skills
• Must be able to work either 7 to 4 pm shift or 8 to 5 pm shift
• Must be able to pass a Countrywide back ground check
• Will need their own tools. BIX and 110 Punch, tracker, tone generator, snips, screw driver, test set.
