We are currently recruiting for an upcoming contract opportunity in Calgary, Alberta Canada. We are recruiting for a consultant who has had hands-on experience with Nortel TAPI to integrate a Meridian environment into an ACT! based contact management system.
To qualify you will need at a minimum:

• Experience with Nortel TAPI in the context of Meridian switches.
• Experience with ACT! contact management software.
• Experience and understanding of CTI is essential.
• Experience with Meridian software and telephony is a must.
