CNG is recruiting for several Software Test
and Verification contract/permanent positions in the Ottawa
area. The work involves performing Automation Services for
Sanity and Regression testing against software loads.
To qualify you will need at a minimum:
- Previous experience working in a software test and verification
position within a telecom environment.
- Familiarity with Nortel Passport 15K and 7K.
- Experience with XRunner and WinRunner by Mercury Interactive
- Experience with Java JRE and Motif
- Experience with Nortel Preside Multiservice Data Manager
(MDM)
- Ability to enhance or design new scripts and to accommodate
new services or line cards.
Desired skillsets would be:
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent communications skills in English
- Ability to work around timetables and deadlines
