We are currently recruiting for an upcoming Nortel Shasta Broadband Service Node contract opportunity. We are recruiting for customer support, verification testing and software development positions.

To qualify you will need at a minimum:

• mandatory current or near current Shasta BSN experience
• very strong understanding of IP protocols
• experience in security including statefull firewalls, 3DES encryption and vpn technology
• thorough understanding of DiffServ, Layer 3 traffic shaping and policing
• experience with Shasta Service Creation System (SCS) for provisioning of large Shasta networks
• experience with Shasta NetRIO Service Management Center (SMC)
• customer support experience
