We are currently recruiting for multiple
contract positions in Ottawa for highly skilled people
experienced with UMTS inter-operability testing. These are immediate
contract positions in the Ottawa area.
To be successful in this position you must have the following
skills:
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience (5+ years) with one
or more of the following access technologies: UMTS/CDMA/GSM/TDMA
(HSDPA,
1XRTT, 1XEVDO, GPRS, EDGE, BWA)
- Proven integration/debugging and verification skills
- Experience in developing test documentation (Test strategy,
plans, reports) for feature integration or product
verification level testing an asset.
- Strong RF test
equipment knowledge and experience (Multi-path Simulator,
VSA, Signal Generator, Spectrum
Analyzer)
Mandatory Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem
solving skills
- Ability to work individually
unsupervised or within a team
Skills that would be an asset
- Field experience on customer
site (large access networks) an
asset
- Experience with wireless
networking call processing,
mobility and
resource management
procedures an
asset
- Experience working
in a multi-site development
environment
an
asset
- Experience with
Clarify problem resolution
database and TCAR
test management database
an asset.
- Spoken or written French
is an asset.
